Box Header usually consists of a square plastic socket and a number of square pins arranged neatly. The difference between the Box Header connector and IDC connector is that the Box Header removes the locks on both sides. It is widely used on PCB of electronics, appliances, and instruments, and mainly plays the role of current or signal transmission. It is usually used in conjunction with the busbar and IDC to form a board-to-board and board-to-wire connection.
Because the specifications used in different electronic products are not exactly the same, Box Header also has a variety of model specifications, which can be roughly divided into 2.54mm, 2.00mm, 1.27mm , there are single row and double row according to the number of rows; according to the packaging and usage, there are SMT (horizontal SMD / vertical SMD) and plug-in DIP (straight plug / bent plug);
